Different Jewels for Different Moms

Mother's day is quickly approaching (May 8th for those of you out of the loop) and everyone in the office is scrambling to find the perfect gift. Not only do we have very different styles but our mom's are extremely different as well. My mom enjoys a good Laker's game over a day of shopping like one of the other girls's mom. Then we have classic mom and a boho mom so trying to find the "perfect gift for them all has been an exciting task. We looked over our website and we came up with a few ideas for a few different types of moms. Hopefully our suggestions will help you find the perfect gift for your perfect mom.

Music Festival Fashion

Sure- music festivals are about the music, but nowadays they are equally about the fashion!! This past weekend's pics from Coachella 2011 prove that music festivals are a scene for the stylish set. Celebs, musicians, socialites and concert-goers alike showed us tons of drool-worthy warm weather looks in rompers, floral dresses, maxi skirts and cut-offs. So I am now daydreaming of heat and thinking about what to add to my summer wardrobe!

Fiona Green's Spikes

It feels like the spike odyssey may never end. Just the other day I was browsing a gem of a website I just stumbled upon, The Coveteur, which takes you inside the closets of some of the most influential editors and trendsetters. I decided to check out the closet of Flare magazine's Associate Fashion Editor Fiona Green, who besides being ridiculously gorgeous also has an amazing downtown sense of style. And check it out! One of the Ben-Amun spike necklaces is her fave!

Haute Hippie

Maybe you remember Erin Wasson's True Religion ad where you can find her donning a Ben-Amun Silver Coin Bracelet? Well True Religion used more Ben-Amun jewelry in their latest ad for their new fragrance, Hippie Chic. The silver coin necklace is a cult classic among Ben-Amun fans (as well as Kate Moss!) and that silver mesh collar necklace is a personal fave.

We're totally digging the whole rock-n-roll hippie/ '60s psychedelic inspiration going on in this ad. As a flower child at heart, this is a trend that I just can't get enough of. Crocheted mini dresses, bell bottoms and full length skirts are everywhere so why not add some hippie chic jewelry to your repertoire?
